 How will I know that you have processed my order?


We will send you an e-mail acknowledgement of your order and notify you of your order number. Please keep this order number in a safe place, just in case you need to check its status etc. For us to acknowledge your order, it is vital that we have an up to date e-mail address.

 How can I personalise my publicity with my own details?

CPO offers different options to personalise your publicity:

  • CPO's professional printing service, where you select the design, provide us with the text, and we typeset and overprint your copy for you. click here for overprint terms and conditions.
  • Online overprint offers you the flexibility to choose one of our ranges and for you to personalise your publicity via our web-shop. Click here for a customisation tool guide and video.
  • CPO's bespoke service, where we can design and print according to your own specification, or you can supply your own artwork. Please contact us for further details.
  • Please note: The DIY option to print using your own printer or copier is no longer available

 Is my item in stock?

As the majority of items we sell are made specifically for you and not stock items, this will impact the delivery time. As a guide:

  • C coded products, especially those that require personalisation and including most posters, banners and invitations are printed especially for you. Certain popular C coded products are held in stock, subject to demand e.g. pastoral cards.
  • All other coded products (e.g. Z, Y and V codes) have been carefully selected, and are held in stock or ordered subject to season and demand.
  • Our outreach advisors (sales@cpo.org.uk /tel. 01903-263354) can give further guidance for specific products.

 How long will it take before I receive my items?

Once we have received and processed your order, as the majority of products are produced on demand and made specifically for you, your shipment of goods will normally be dispatched within 5 to 7 working days. At peak times (e.g. in November/December) these turnaround times will become longer, and for this reason we recommend placing your order early. Please note that in the event of an order being returned to us due to non delivery, we reserve the right to make a further charge to cover additional delivery charges.

My order has not arrived. What do I do?
Prior to contacting us, please read the previous question and answer.

Returns and refunds
Goods are not sold on a Sale or Return basis.
We are unable to accept the return of overprinted items or date sensitive material.
Damages and shortages must be advised within 3 days of receipt.
Notwithstanding the above, any possible return must be advised, and agreed by CPO, within 3 days of receipt of order. If agreed, goods will only be credited if they are returned back within 5 working days in re-saleable condition. A handling charge of 20% (minimum £5.00 charge will be incurred). We cannot accept the return of sealed videos, DVDs or CDs that have been opened, unless they are damaged or faulty. Refunds and exchanges will only be made if the video, DVD or CD is found to be faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your order is delivered outside the UK, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and charges in the destination country, payable by the customer.

If you are ordering from the Channel Islands there will be a postage charge if your order is over 2kg.

Where are the banner sizes and materials on the web?

Why don’t you produce more DIY?

We have found that it isn’t cost effective, as the demand is limited.

 

Can I add a logo on a poster?

Yes - using our new online customisation tool you can now add your own images and logos. See here for more information.


Why does it cost more if I place order and logo by email than on web?

When you order on the web, you are placing the order yourself so the cost is discounted.  When you order by email, our design team interact with the order and process it and so the cost is more.


Can you remove me from the mailing list?

Yes, email in to enquiries@cpo.org.uk and ask to not be contacted via post or email. Or, if you only wouldn’t like to get emails from CPO go to ‘my account’ and then to the ‘contact preferences’ tab and tick the box that says ‘If you would prefer not to receive this please tick here’.


Why can’t I place an overprint order over the phone?

We want to make sure we get your order right. There is a risk of mistakes if we take wording over the telephone.


Can I pay by invoice on the web?

We do ask that you pay upfront with a card on the web (we do not accept American Express).
