Moonster Handmade Leather's main supplier is a small family run business that employs local artisans who produce their gorgeous products. Handmade and ethically sourced using sustainable and recycled materials wherever possible – for example, many of their journals contain paper made from recycled cotton, left over from the garment industry in India. Moonster have built a great relationship with their suppliers and have had the privilege to visit the factory and see how the products are made. This is having a great impact in the local community, providing much needed employment and training opportunities for local workers. In addition to this Moonster want to make sure that they are giving back as a business and so they give a minimum of 5% of their profits to several different, inspiring charities, who are working to change people’s lives and bring hope around the world. Please note, all products are made from genuine leather, which means no two items will look exactly the same. Therefore we are unable to refund or replace based on the subjective opinion of the customer regarding the leather colour or texture, or the product not looking exactly like the image, unless there is clear damage or defects. Leather crazing, leather spots, varying shades of leather and natural leather marks will not be considered defective.
