Following the crowd?
Everyone turns out for a big procession,even if only to see what’s going on.
Sometimes it’s a celebration, sometimes a demonstration – but lots of people just follow the crowd.
Some of us do that in life, too. Who are you following?

Following Jesus
Jesus called people to follow him, in Bible times, and they did. They still do today. He didn’t run with a torch, but he did challenge the religious leaders, teach the people and reach out with care and compassion to those in need.
Times are tough for many people today, and when it’s dark we need light to show us the way ahead.
Jesus said: “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” (John 8: 12)
