CPO is a charity, which exists to support the Church in the UK with communications and outreach.  We are at an exciting stage in our history – we turn 60 this year – and have seen a period of growth and change as we deliver resources and campaigns which have real national impact.

As a member of a small senior team, comprising the Chief Executive and two other Directors, you will need to be able to combine strategic and spiritual leadership for this organisation as it develops partnerships with key national church institutions and major Christian charities.

Our successful candidate will have strong financial management skills and experience, whilst being able to deliver effective project management in other key operational areas such as Systems, IT and HR.  The ability to develop effective reporting processes will aid planning and allow the Board of Trustees make informed decisions.

CPO currently have a vacancy for a graphic design intern. Hours negotiable with the option for part-time, based primarily in Worthing but with the option of some time at our design studio in Brighton. A good working knowledge of Adobe software is essential. Graphic design students are welcome. An understanding of UK churches is necessary for this role.
