At its best, love demonstrates the ultimate in a relationship between two human beings. And the chances are that love involves sacrifice. Acting selflessly, in word and deed.
True love will always put others first, and self last. We know when we see it in others, and we always remember the acts of generosity, kindness and self-sacrifice that we have benefited from.

At Easter, Christians remember the greatest act of love in history – and celebrate its glorious conclusion.
All of Jesus’ teaching, miracles and life lived among his family and his disciples prepared him for the reason he came to earth: to give his life ‘as a ransom for many’.
Jesus’ death on the cross was an act of love, grace and mercy that promises a fresh start for all who believe. And his return to life makes Easter the greatest celebration in the church calendar.
